Recipe for Claus

In a jolly red bowl with white trim, mix together equal parts imagination and inspiration with some myth, legend and folklore. Stir briskly, then fold in a little mystery and magic. Spread mixture between layers of history and sprinkle with a dash of childish enthusiasm over the top. 

Bake for 16-18 centuries. Let cool about 11 months and frost with a mixture of language and culture.

 Garnish with some brightly colored lights and fancy ribbons, add a wink of the eye and a nod of the head and serve at fireplace temperature once a year during the Winter Solstice season.  For an extra special touch, accompany with snow and the sound of hoof steps on the roof.
